Meet your designer, Cindy Holbrook

I have been coloring outside the box all my life. My adventures began as a young child creating artwork for contest and continue still through today. As far back as I can remember I have always been creating something. My motto is, “I am not breathing unless I am creating.” In the early 1980’s I became an apprentice for a custom drapery company. By the mid 1980’s I was still sewingand had added painting, set designing and resident artist for a local ballet company. At the same time a major tequila company asked me to produce artwork for restaurants and a marketing company. As a single mom for the past 11 years, my main focus was to raise my children. Volunteer work consumed a great deal of my time during their school years. All the while, I was painting signature t-shirts, custom clayChristmas ornaments, helping my late husband with the start up of three companies with my biggest priority being my family! My belief is that with each new client they are part my child (to protect), they are my equal partner (to find balance) and my employer (to which I rely on to teach me what they want from me). Each new client inspires me, teaches me more that they’ll ever know and pushes me to be even greater. My hope is that my clients also learn something in the process.
